The Manna Black Tie & Apron Event – Sharing Our Pandemic Year Journey With You! Did you miss it? No fear the recorded event is available here

What a year it’s been! At Manna Community Kitchen, we’ve seen firsthand the devastating effects of this pandemic. Food insecurity is at record high levels in this community and in communities across the country (and throughout the world!). As hard as that is to see, nutritious and delicious food is what we do and we have been so fortunate to be able to meet the heightened need thanks in large part to our donors.

Manna Community Kitchen wants to play a larger role in combating food insecurity in this community – combating the stigma associated with it, combating the lack of nutritious and delicious food available to those in need, combating the lack of respect and dignity extended to those experiencing it. We are working with other agencies providing services to those in need in the community and are hopeful that those relationships will help connect us even more with those who could benefit from our meals.
