Finding family at Manna, a volunteer’s story

November 30, 2021 by admin

At Manna, our volunteers are a critical part of making what we do possible. Many people have come through our doors looking for a way to give back, and find themselves returning for a regular volunteer shift week after week. We are overcome with pride and gratitude that people have found a place they enjoy being while also making an impact in their community.

The video linked to the photo below is the story of those many volunteers, and we thought we’d let her tell you how Manna has impacted her life. Click on the photo below to be redirected to our video on YouTube.

Volunteering and donating are two ways you can make an impact in the lives of your neighbors. You can sign up to volunteer and donate today at our website. We appreciate your support and generosity this #GivingTuesday.

Thank you for being part of our family,
Manna Community Kitchen
